If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, if applicable.
 

Return Policy

You can return merchandise up to 30 days after the purchase date. Before you return any merchandise, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All filter cartridges and membranes are “sanitary” sealed and must be unopened and in the original plastic wrapping.  Include all the original parts and manuals that may have been a part of a water or air purification system. When returning an order, please include a copy of your email receipt. Please inspect all of the products immediately after receiving them. We do not accept returns after 30 days for damaged or defective products.

Merchandise should be repackaged in its original packaging in order to reduce the risk of damage. You are responsible for return shipping charges, lost packages, or any damage that may occur to the merchandise while in transit. Your return shipment should be made via a carrier that provides tracking information (e.g. UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

We will issue a refund within 10 business days of receiving merchandise that we deem resalable. The complete refund will be the original purchase price less a 15% processing fee and the original shipping charges.

Warranty Claims 

If there is an item that is defective or does not perform properly according to the manufacturer's listed warranty, please contact us for a Return Aurthorization Number (RA#). Send all warranty items to the address listed above. Once the item is received and checked by us or the manufacturer and it's determined to be a valid warranty claim, a replacement item will be shipped to you at no charge. Please attach the RGA# to the item, if possible, or include it in the shipping container.
Exchange Policy

The above return policy also applies to exchanges. However, if you would like to exchange your order for different product(s) of equal or greater value, we will waive the 15% processing fee. We will apply your entire initial payment minus the original shipping costs towards your second order. Shipping charges (and sales tax for SC & NC residents) will apply to the second order based on the current Shipping Policy posted on our website. If your new order is not of equal or greater value, restocking fees will apply to the entire order.

Canceled Orders Policy

If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order. If your order is canceled after 5:00 PM EST on the day of the order or on a future date, you will be subject to a 5% processing fee to cover credit card processing fees.

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order, but you may return your order in accordance with the above return policy.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be credited for the purchase price less all shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee.

Special Order Items

Special order items are not returnable.
